WE PLAN ALWAYS TO BE TRANSPARENT.
WE WILL PUBLISH PROGRESS AGAINST OUR STRATEGY.
As part of our mission, we will actively support any citizens of Kaliningrad and russia, who support us locally and who may be discriminated against by the occupiers. These include imprisoned and persecuted activists and others who are denied opportunities and access to benefits such as pensions, because of their belief in freedom from russia.
We'll share inspiring stories of hope, courage and determination and their visions for Kaliningrad's future.
We will organise events such as meetups, workshops, public consultations and conferences. Our aim is to communicate our mission as widely as possible and actively engage influencers and stakeholders. We will share reports of these events, with a focus on how these have advanced our mission and any follow-up actions agreed.
We will report on key developments in the West, russia and Kaliningrad that affect our mission. These may range from political decisions of the EU to local developments in Kaliningrad. We will help to monitor and report putin's acts of oppression, such as his violence towards and detention of protesters and dissidents, sharing intel with appropriate agencies, including the International Criminal Court. We always support freedom of speech and peaceful protest.
